The user is obliged not to copy, transmit, upload, modify or transcribe any information from the site without the written consent of the Company.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

In accordance with the requirements of the Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and the Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, the Company is obliged to manage the personal data that you provide us about yourself securely and only for the specified purposes.

Taking into account the provisions of Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we inform you that your contact details are in the database of the Industrial Group Alca srl (the Company) having been obtained directly as a result of previous correspondence, due to your status as a customer or supplier of the Industrial Group Alca srl and/or Hotel Peștera. All data stored at the company is protected by physical and technical measures, as well as procedural measures, which limit access to the information to specially authorised persons who are trained in security practices and treat the information with confidentiality.

The processing of personal data is done both for contractual purposes and to keep you informed of our offers, events. We assure you that our company has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Your personal data is not passed on to third parties.

The purpose of collecting personal data is to:

filling in the accommodation form
to conclude contracts for the provision of hotel services and to issue the related invoices.
making reservations through online or offline booking systems
sending newsletters about offers and events (you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time)
The registered information is intended for use by the operator and is communicated only to the company's employees involved in the direct relationship with you. The company certifies that it will respect the rights conferred by Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, Law no. 365/2002 on e-commerce, Ordinance no. 130/2000 on the protection of consumers in the conclusion and performance of distance contracts as amended and Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The right to ask the Company to confirm to you, free of charge, whether or not your personal data is being processed;
the right to ask the Company to rectify, update, block or delete, free of charge, any data provided whose processing does not comply with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001;

When you contact the Company or Hotel Peștera via the web pages www.pestera.ro or www.hotelpestera.ro through a contact form, or email, the data you provide will be stored, so that your message can be forwarded to the employees of the Company involved in the direct relationship with you in order to process and transmit a response. Your data provided in this way is not used for other purposes, (e.g. advertising) and is not given to third parties. Once your request has been completed, the related personal data will be deleted.

Your personal data are not stored when you visit www.pestera.ro or www.hotelpestera.ro and are not passed on to third parties.

The site does not guarantee that their description is free of errors or that it is complete. Reservations are confirmed only if all the requested information is provided. Please ensure that all personal data is correct. For the cancellation policy of reservations, please read the offer presented carefully. All prices and rates on this site are in LEI, or in EURO (paid in LEI at the BNR exchange rate). Prices and rates include VAT. Payment can be made in cash or with electronic payment instruments. Promotions are subject to availability.

This Privacy Policy is subject to Romanian law in force. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved at the competent court at the Company's headquarters.
