Absolutely impeccable service! We just came for a bit of breakfast even though the buffet was about to close. The staff went above and beyond and their friendliness is something they should be very proud of. Also the scrambled eggs were something Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We're definitely coming back for a long weekend and enjoy the rooms and Spa as well. I can't recommend this place enough.

At the Peștera Wellness & Spa Hotel, I didn't find ostentatious luxury, but during the 4 days of vacation spent here, I felt the welcoming warmth of the location, I found absolutely nothing to bother me.

I recently stayed at Pestera with my family and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, with amenities and activities that cater to guests of all ages.
The manager, Oana Voicu deserves special recognition for being incredibly customer-oriented. It was obvious that she truly cared about ensuring that all our needs were met and that we had a memorable stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond for guests did not go unnoticed.

The friendliness of the staff was beyond expectations. (...) The staff at the restaurant far exceeded expectations, all friendly and with a smile on their faces. (...) The water at the pool was warm, a few sun loungers (maximum 10, but space does not allow more), towels and slippers for the pool in the locker room, bathrobe in the room, lemonade at discretion at the pool. Saturday campfire with marshmallows and music. It was a pleasant stay and we will gladly return.
